Anna M. Blose, 85 years of Kempton, formerly of Fogelsville, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the widow of Stewart D. Blose. Born in Lehigh County she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Fister) Hemerly, Sr.

She worked for Penn State Mills and various other mills in the Lehigh Valley as a presser. Anna was a member of Ziegels Lutheran Church, Breinigsville.

Survivors: Daughter, Carol A. Matura, wife of Dennis Strunk of Kempton, sister, Eva Kunkle of Steinsville, brother, Karl Hemerly of Lehighton, granddaughter, Suzanne L. Pinchek and companion Jeff Potosky of Fogelsville, great grandchildren, Kaila and Jordan, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Earl, Terry and John Hemerly, Jr.

Services: 11:00 A.M., Thursday, October 3, at Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., 1018 Church Street, Fogelsville, with the Rev. Bruce D. MacLaughlin officiating. Visitation will be 10:30 to 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Ziegels Union Cemetery, Breinigsville.
