Arthur W. Laudenslager, 84 years, of Breinigsville, passed away Monday, December 10, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. He was the husband of Jane L. (Lewis) Laudenslager for 54 years last January. Born in Fogelsville, he was a son of the late Elmer and Esther Laudenslager.
He owned Art's Servicenter in Chapmans and prior to that in Trexlertown for 55 years, retiring in 1995. Art honorably served his country during the Korean War in the United States Army. He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Fogelsville, where he served on Consistory.
Survivors: Wife, sons; Arthur W., Jr. and wife Kathleen of Mertztown and Mark D. and wife Tina of Allentown, daughter, Roseann J. of Allentown, sisters, Catherine Hoffman of Macungie and Mildred Herbinko of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., grandchildren, Megan, Keri, Mandi, Andrew, and Emily, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Herbert and Elmer, Jr.
Services: 11 A.M. on Thursday, December 13 at St. John's U.C.C., 1027 Church St., Fogelsville, with the Rev. Joanne Marchetto and the Rev. Ronald D> Miller officiating. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday, December 12, at Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., 1018 Church St., Fogelsville and on Thursday from 10 to 11 A.M. at the Church. Interment, Fogelsville Union Cemetery.
