Obituary

Barry N. Heintzelman, 93 years of Fogelsville, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Luther Crest in Allentown. Born in the Lehigh Valley, he was the son of the late Alvin H. and Violetta E. (Moatz) Heintzelman.

He did lab maintenance for the former Trojan Chemical Co. for 40 years. Barry was secretary of the United Chemical Worker's Union and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a lifetime member of St John's Lutheran Church in Fogelsville, where he sang on the choir, taught Sunday school, was a member of Church council and was on the Cemetery Assoc. for many years.

Survivors: children, Diane Heintzelman of Allentown, Lori McNally (Patrick) of Carrollton, TX, and Roger Heintzelman; grandchildren, Hannah McNally and Briana Heintzelman; and great grandson, Harlan Shaffer. He was predeceased by a sister, Althea Frye.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 4 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 1028 Church St., Fogelsville with the Rev. Nelson Quiñones officiating.  Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.  Interment, Fogelsville Union Cemetery. Arrangements by Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., Fogelsville.
