Beverly "Jan" Gough, 73, of Allentown, passed away Jan. 30, 2026. She was the beloved wife of Jerome Herauf for 48 years. Born in Halifax, N.S., she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Gladys Gough. She is survived by husband Jerome; children Josh (Gough Herauf) and Katie (Gosselin); and granddaughters Emma and Ellie.

A loving mother, gifted, talented and deeply caring minister has departed from us this past week. Jan's career in church administration and development spanned St. Francis Center for Renewal, St. Thomas More, the Lutheran Synod, and Jordan Lutheran Church. Jan will always be appreciated and thanked for her love and care among us. We especially remember her devotion to her family and friends, and especially for those in need. And we particularly remember her ongoing and loving gift to her husband over their 50 years of love and marriage bringing to life their loving daughter, son and grandchildren.
