Brenda J. Isamoyer, 59 years, of Weisenberg Twp, passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at home. Born in Allentown, she was the adopted daughter of Mildred Gehringer of Kutztown and the late Harold Gehringer and the biological daughter of the late Calvin and Jane (Dorney) Isamoyer.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Whitehall and was confirmed at Ziegels Lutheran Church in Breinigsville. Brenda was very proud of her large book collection, she never gave up on trying to push her love of books onto her son. She loved to take her son and nephews to the movies when they were younger. Brenda loved football, especially Penn State and the Eagles, and she always wanted Charles involved in sports and made every attempt to get to his practices and games. She also adored animals, she was always willing to take in animals and raise them no matter the circumstances. In these last 19 months, she devoted all her love and attention to her precious grandson, John.
Survivors: Adopted mother, Mildred Gehringer, son, Charles Isamoyer (Devin) of Breinigsville, adopted brother Kenneth Gehringer (Diane) of Kutztown, step mother, Sandy Isamoyer of Allentown, step brother, Todd Gorr of Catasauqua, step sisters, Shannon Baccari of Emmaus and Sheri Gorr Burden of Emmaus, grandson, John Isamoyer, nephews, Cyrus Gehringer (Jenny) of Kutztown and Wyatt Gehringer (Leah) of Kempton.
Services: A visitation will take place on Friday, December 11 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St., Fogelsville. Private Funeral Service. Interment, Ziegels Union Cemetery in Breinigsville. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com . Please note that state guidelines will be followed limiting the number of people allowed inside the building at the same time. Face masks will be required, and social distancing will occur.
