Cena M. Adam, 99 years, of New Tripoli, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 at The Summit Nursing and Rehab Center in Lehighton.  She was the widow of Paul V. Adam.  Born in Orefield, she was the daughter of the late David F. and Edna (Ross) Schaffer.

She was a proofreader for the Morning Call from 1956-1979 and later worked as an assembler for General Electric until she retired. Cena was a member of Christ's Church at Lowhill in New Tripoli.

Survivors: daughters, Carol A. Mohr and husband Richard of Germansville, Paulette R. Fahringer and companion Paul Barna of Northampton, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson.  She was predeceased by a grandson, Randy.

Services: Private services at Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., Fogelsville.   Interment will be in Lowhill Cemetery, New Tripoli.  Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com .
