Charles D. Kester, 68 years, of Kempton, passed away, September 28, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late James and Dorothy (Weinstine) Kester. He was a machine operator for the former A & B Meats and Beth-Allen Aluminum in Allentown. Charles honorably served his country in the National Guard and United States Army during Vietnam and was stationed in Korea. He was of the Lutheran faith. Survivors: Daughters; Jane S. Lukowicz, at home, Denise V. Kester, wife of J. Michael Strick of Seattle, WA, grandchildren; Cody D. Rohrbach and Kady L. Lukowicz, former wife, Joann, wife of David Lewis of Kempton. He was predeceased by a daughter, Lori W. Grant in 2007, a brother Kenneth J. and a sister Ann L. Hess. Services: 10:00 A.M., Thursday, October 4, at Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., 1018 Church St., Fogelsville with David Rohrbach officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:00 A.M. Interment at Ft.
