Christine C. (Kuhnsman-Mantz) Smith, 93 years, of New Tripoli, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Inpatient Hospice Unit in Allentown. She was the widow of Richard Mantz and Robert W. Smith. Born in Slatington, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Helen (Peters) Kuhnsman.

She worked for the New Tripoli Post Office as a clerk for 25 years. Christine was past President of the Ontelaunee Lioness Club in New Tripoli and a former member of the New Tripoli Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ in New Tripoli.

Survivors : daughter, Dianne, wife of C. John Yocum, of New Tripoli, step-daughters; Janice E. Smith of North Catasauqua, Deborah J., wife of Tony Salvatore of New Tripoli, step-son, William R. of Allentown, grandchildren; Sherri McGimpsey and Christopher Yocum, great grandchildren; Amanda and Alissa Gimpsey and Laura Yocum, 3 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Benjamin Kuhnsman, and sisters; Elinor Davies and Jean Hahn.

Services : Graveside Service, 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 23 at Ebenezer Cemetery, 7293 Decatur St., New Tripoli with the Rev. Kevin E. Fruchtl officiating. No visitation. The family will receive friends in the Church immediately following the service. Arrangements by Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., Fogelsville.
