Curtis R. Schlenker, Jr. 72 years, of Kutztown, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. He was the husband of Anna Mae (Henry) Schlenker for 22 years this month. He was a son of Evelyn (Wisser) Schlenker of Kempton and the late Curtis R. Schlenker, Sr. He worked at Berks Farm for many years and worked for Berks Excavating for several years.

: wife, mother, step daughters; Shirl Kehres of Emmaus, Ginny Kidd of Wescosville, step sons; David Kehres of Emmaus, and Joel Kehres and wife Pennie of Lancaster, brother, Herman S. of Kempton, sisters; Barbara wife of Dale Bailey of Hamburg, Alana wife of Robert Reinhart of Kempton, Dolores wife of William Fajna of Reading, Madelyn Reimert of Ephrata, Darlene Fajna of Leesport, Kathleen Eschbach of Allentown, many step grandchildren, and many step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a step son Bill Kehres.

11 A.M. on Thursday, September 18 at Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., 1018 Church St., Fogelsville. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 17 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM at the funeral home.
