Dominic (Nick) Nolfa, 88 years, of Country Meadows of Allentown, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Married for more than 61 years to Elaine (Thomasch) Nolfa.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Anthony and Luella (Solt) Nolfa.

Nick graduated from Allentown High School and later served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Obtained a BS in mathematics from Moravian College where he was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon and served as president of the Inter-Fraternity Counsel. He started his teaching career at Wilson Borough High School followed by 27 years at Parkland High School during which time he coached swimming for many years.  He was a member of Church of the Mediator in Allentown. A dedicated and devoted husband and loving father, Nick's interests included a love of art, classical music, reading historical biographies and watching John Wayne movies.

Survivors: wife, Elaine, daughter, Antoinette Slagter (Matthew) of Schwenksville, PA, son, Thomas Nolfa (Donna) of Alpharetta, GA, grandchildren, Nicholas (Caroline) and Alexandra Slagter, and Eric and Luke Nolfa. His sister, Connie Koehler, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021.
