Donna Butz, 68, of Allentown passed away March 1st, 2025. She was an alumnus of Emmaus High School (1974) and furthered her education with a BSN from Cedar Crest College (1974-1978) and a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration from Scranton University (1984-1987). She served as a nurse at St. Luke's for ten years, eventually becoming the Director of Nursing for various facilities. She finished her career after ten years as a Consultant for TeleTracking Technologies.

From a young age, her free time was often spent on the tennis court. She belonged to multiple local clubs, including Oakmont Tennis Club where she served on the board as Treasurer for many years. She embodied the best of qualities: unconditional love, strength of spirit, and an unending generosity that could be seen in her care for her family, friends, and the countless other lives she's touched. She will be remembered for her warmth, great story telling, contagious laughter, kindness, and strength.

Donna is survived by her father, Donald Butz, sister Carol Hartz, nieces Kristie Frazier (Mike), Keri Bridgeman (Devin), and nephew Kory Hartz. She cherished her grand nieces and nephews as well. Her departure comes as a great shock and it is gravely felt by her family and friends who loved her deeply in her wide-network of community. The family appreciates your support during this time. In accordance with Donna's wishes, no services will be held.
