Edgar H. Snyder, 82 years, of Orefield, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. He was the husband of Barbara Rehrig for 33 years.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Edward and Ernestine (Link) Snyder.

He was a truck driver for the former Roadway Express for over 30 years.  Edgar also worked on his family farm in Lowhill/Weisenberg Twps. He was the leader of the Country Rhythm Band for 20 years and was a member of Morgenland Union Church in Orefield.  Edgar loved country music and was a life member of Teamsters Local No. 773.

Survivors: wife, Barbara, children, Scott Snyder (Tami) of Fogelsville and Kathy Kocher (Rick) of Danielsville, stepchildren, Vikki Stoss (Michael) of Germansville and Kelly Celeste of Slatington, grandchildren, Dustin Snyder and Ricky and Austin Kocher, great grandchildren, Paisley and James, 6 step grandchildren and 7 step great grandchildren.

Funeral Service:  11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 16 at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St, Fogelsville.  Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.  Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com.
