Eleanor C. Rauch, 82 years, of Kutztown, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Herbert O. Rauch. Born in Upper Macungie Twp., she was a daughter of the late Harvey W. and Myrle M. (Reppert) Merkel.

Eleanor helped run Rauch's Gas Station, the family business, in Krumsville. She was a loving person who devoted her entire life to her family. Eleanor was a member of Ziegels Lutheran Church in Breinigsville.

Survivors: daughter, Tina M. wife of Philip Hoch of Fleetwood, son, Randall R. and wife Lot of Kutztown, brothers, Lee H. of Allentown and Harold N. and wife Carol of Krumsville, sister, Mae E. Clay of Media, 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Services: 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 21 at Ziegels Union Church, 9990 Ziegels Church Rd., Breinigsville, 18031 with the Rev. Andrew Meckstroth officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M.  Interment, Church Cemetery.  Arrangements by Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., Fogelsville.
