Elsie V. Reitter, 103 years old, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 at the Phoebe Home in Allentown.  She was the widow of Earl Musselman and Anthony Reitter. Born in Bingham, she was 1 of 14 children of the late John and Elsie (Herman) Kemmerer

Survivors: grandson, Barry Musselman (Lisa) of Oakdale, PA, great granddaughter, Chloe Musselman of Whitehall, siblings, Blanche Kurtz, Grace Kern, and John Kemmerer; many nieces and nephews.

Services: A visitation will take place from 10:30 to 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 30, at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St, Fogelsville.  Private family service.  Face masks will be required, and social distancing will occur.  Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com .
