Frances T. Billera, 85 years, of Allentown, passed away peacefully surrounded by her six children on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. She was the widow of Carl J. Billera, Sr.  Fran was born in Nesquehoning and was a daughter of the late Michael and Nicolena (Mancuso) Collura.  Fran was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Allentown.

Survivors: daughters; Judy wife of Ernie Luengen of Schnecksville, Lisa wife of Todd Hoffman, Michelle wife of Dave Gyory, and Gina Feichtl all of Allentown, sons; Michael and wife Cindy and Carl, Jr. and wife Anissa both of Allentown, siblings, Mary Sheats of Arnold, MD, Theresa Sapienza of Silver Spring, MD, and Michael Collura, 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will take place at 11 AM on Friday, January 12 at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St., Fogelsville.  Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM. Online condolences may be offered at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com.
