George A. Kurtz, 88, of Allentown, PA, passed peacefully on Friday September 22, 2023, at Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth, PA. He was the son of the late George Kurtz and Tessie (Haflet) Kurtz.

George was self-employed. He loved talking and enjoyed horses and reading newspapers.

Survivors: George was preceded by his beautiful wife, Barbara Kurtz.  He is survived by his three daughters; Alicia (Kurtz) Shoup and son-in law, Andrew Shoup; Susan (Kurtz) Jordan and son-in law, Michael Jordan; and Monica Kurtz (Steffy) and Jason Borens. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and two brothers; Ronald Kurtz (and sister-in law, Joanne Kurtz) and Neil Kurtz (and the late Beverly Kurtz, sister-in law).

Services: A private family burial will be held later. Arrangements by Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., Fogelsville.
