George T. Romig, Sr., 83 years, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Inpatient Hospice Unit in Allentown. He was the husband of Joan E. (Folk) Romig for 66 years this month. He was a son of the late Wallace E. Romig, Sr. and Clara (Remaley) Romig.

He worked for Freeman's Dairy, Lowhill Township and was passionate about the family farm. George and Joan were members of St. John's Lutheran Church in Fogelsville.

Survivors: wife, Joan, children, George Romig, Jr. (Lori), Scott Romig (Amy), Kenny Romig (Karen) and Jen Clouser (William) all of New Tripoli; brothers, Clifford Romig (Sarah) and Morris Romig (Bonnie) all of New Tripoli; grandchildren, Tanya Hughes (Jonathan), Brennen Clouser, Tanner, Megan and Patrick Romig; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, James Romig, Sr. and Wallace Romig, Jr.

The Funeral Service will take place at 10:30 AM on Saturday, February 28 at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St, Fogelsville with a visitation from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Internment, Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com.
