Gloria J. Bittner, 87 years, of Orefield, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Inpatient Hospice Unit in Allentown. She was the widower of Norman J. Bittner.  She was a daughter of the late Vernon and Florence (Edwards) Bennighoff.

She was a printer for AT&T for 20 years, retiring in 1991. Gloria was a member of both the Fogelsville and Schnecksville Senior Citizens. She was a member of Faith Evangelical Free Church in Trexlertown.

Survivors: daughter, Carol Ann wife of Wayne Haas of New Smithsville, grandchildren; Michele Bear, Randy Haas and wife Melody, 4 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson.  She was predeceased by sisters; Helen, Perma, Ruth, and Grace.

A Memorial Service will take place at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, September 27 at Faith Evangelical Free Church, 6528 Hamilton Blvd., Allentown.
