Irene M. Kressley, 87 years, formerly of Highland Estates, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Willowbrook Nursing Home in Kutztown.  She was the widow of William A. Kressley.  Born in Upper Macungie Township, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Anna (Flicker) Moser.

She was a baker and prep cook at the former Shankweiler's Hotel and the Starlight diner for many years. Irene was a member of Ziegels Lutheran Church in Breinigsville.

Survivors: Children, Anna M. Green (Derek) of New Tripoli, Diane F. Hemerly, (James) of New Tripoli, Ellen A. Kressley of Germansville, and William A. Kressley of Lenhartsville; sister, Ellen Miller of Schnecksville, and Faye Ketz of Salisbury Twp.; 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Wayne Kressley and siblings, Arthur and Paul Moser, and Beatrice Fegley.

Services: A Memorial Service will take place at 11 AM on January 13, at Ziegels Lutheran Church 9990 Ziegels Church Rd., Breinigsville with a visitation from 10 to 11 AM.  Private interment, Church Cemetery.  Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com.
