Jane J. Price, 81 years, of New Tripoli, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2016 at home. She was the wife of James J. Price for 59 years last May. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Helen (DeWalt) Moyer.

Jane worked for Bethlehem Steel for several years in the 1950's prior to she and Jim starting a family. Later on she worked for Kempton Sportswear in Lynnville for 10 years before retiring. Jane loved to sing and was on the choir at various churches where they were members over the years. Currently she was a member of Springfield Church of the Brethren in Coopersburg. She volunteered with Mothers of Preschoolers, was an avid sewer, and loved to spend time reading the Bible. Jane especially enjoyed the longtime tradition of "Family Night", when her children and grandchildren would gather to play games and have dinner.

Survivors : Husband, James, daughters; Linda J. wife of David Deibert of Breinigsville, Brenda M. wife of Dennis Loch of New Tripoli, and Diane E. wife of Kevin Miller of Lehighton, grandchildren, David Christopher and Stephanie Deibert, and Amanda, Andrew, and Sarah Miller, and also nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Roberta Shuman Shelly.

Services: 11 A.M. Thursday, February 18, at Springfield Church of the Brethren, 920 Passer Rd., Coopersburg, with the Rev. Dave Weiss officiating. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 A.M. in the Church.
