Janice E. Jacob, 76 years, of Macungie, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at home.  She and her husband, Barry L. Bloch, were together for 41 years.  Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Pauline (Backenstoe) Werley.

She worked for Rodale Press for 27 yrs as a computer operator and at HT Lyons for 4 years.  Janice was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church in Allentown.  She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors: Husband, Barry, children, Adrienne Jacob (James Berryman) of Mertztown, Larry Jacob (Daphene) of New Jersey; stepchildren, Jeremy Bloch of North Carolina, Jason Bloch of Macungie, sister, Donna Foulke, grandchildren, Nicole, Alex, Dylan, Stephan, Mayah, and Tanner; great grandchildren, Riley, sister in law, Barbara Heinly, brother in law's, Richard Bernecker (Gail) and Wayne Bernecker (Shirley).
