Joseph R. O'Connor, 70 years, of New Tripoli, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, at home.  He was the husband of Carol A. (Bower) O'Connor for 24 years last June.  Born in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late Thomas and Doris (Moore) O'Connor.

He was a warehouse worker for the Dana Corporation in Fogelsville for 15 years, retiring in 1991.  Joseph was a member of St. Paul's U.C.C in Seiberlingsville.  He honorably served his country in the United States Army during Vietnam.  Joseph was a member of the American Legion Post 603 in Spring City.

Survivors : wife, Carol, daughter, Susan Mitstifer (Clayton) of Pottstown and brother, Thomas O'Connor of Perkiomenville.  He was predeceased by a brother Dennis O'Connor.
