Kenneth G. Snyder, age 89, of Lehigh Commons, Macungie, and formerly of Fogelsville, died on Thurs., May 2, 2024. He was the loving husband of Beulah A.C. (Burkhart) Snyder, with whom he celebrated 69 years of marriage this past April.

Born in Heidelberg Twp., he was the son of the late George and Viola (Bittner) Snyder. From 1963-1970, Kenneth was employed at the former Lehigh Portland Cement Co. in Fogelsville. He then worked as a truck driver for the Morning Call until his retirement in 1997.  Kenneth was a long-time member of St. John's U.C.C. in Fogelsville and served on several committees, most notably the property committee and the "busy bees". He loved sports of all kinds, and was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, the Phillies and the 76ers.

Survivors: with his wife; a granddaughter, Aimee Snyder of Selinsgrove; daughter-in-law, Margaret Snyder of Kempton; sisters: Sally Drabick, husband Stan of Orefield and Grace Snyder of Northampton; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Mark G. Snyder and a sister, Annabelle Smith.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 8 in St. John's U.C.C., 1027 Church St., Fogelsville, with a visitation from 10:00-11:00 AM.
