Laila M. Arndt, 96 years, of Kutztown, passed away January 30, 2013 in Reading. She was the widow of Edward F. Arndt. Born in Weisenberg Twp. she was a daughter of the late Llewellyn and Minnie (Grim) Danner.

She was a farmer for many years in Weisenberg Twp. Laila sold Stanley and Fuller Home Products at the Leesport Auction for more than 30 years. She also sold Household Items for 22 years and worked at the Phoenix Antique Market in Allentown for 8 years. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Fogelsville where she was a member of the Ladies Aide and Altar Guild. Laila played the piano at St. Paul's Union Church in Seiberlingsville for 50 years. She was a member of the Weisenberg – Lowhill Historical Society and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Kutztown Fire Co.

Survivors: Sister, Margaret Kline of Allentown. Several Nieces and Nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter Eleanor in 1941.

Services: 11:00 A.M. on Monday, February 4, at Keller Funeral Homes, 1018 Church St. Fogelsville, with the Rev. Stanley Trout officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Interment St. Paul's Union Cemetery in Seiberlingsville.
