Larry D. Oswald, 65, of New Tripoli, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital. He and his wife, Christine M. (Gehringer) Oswald, would have celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary next month.

Born in Allentown, Larry was the son of the late Russell T. "Blackie" and Marilyn M. (Weaver) Oswald. He was a 1977 graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School and attended Lehigh Carbon Community College.

Larry served as Vice Chairman on the board of The New Tripoli Bank. Prior to retirement, he co-owned and operated Weaver Fuels in Allentown. An accomplished outdoorsman, Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trapshooting. He was a lifetime member of both the Ontelaunee Rod and Gun Club and the North End Gun Club.

Larry will be remembered for his sense of humor and generosity. He was a loving husband, father, "Pop" and good friend to many.

In addition to his beloved wife, Christine, Larry is survived by his children: Jessica Pitera (Michael) of Gladstone, NJ; Alyssa Metzger (Jacob) of New Tripoli; and Michael Oswald (Katlin) of Schnecksville. He also leaves behind his siblings: Bonita Oswald-Repp of Swannanoa, NC, and David Oswald (Barbara) of Blandon, as well as his grandchildren: Eli and Theo Metzger, with another grandchild on the way, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church Street, Fogelsville. There will be a private interment at Ebenezer Cemetery in New Tripoli. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com.
