Leslie P. Eschbach, Jr., 60 years, of Bath, formerly of Kempton, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Inpatient Hospice Unit in Allentown. He was the former husband of Kathleen (Schlenker) Eschbach. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Leslie P. and Dorothy (Beers) Eschbach, Sr.

He worked in maintenance and security for FL Smidth & Co. in Bethlehem for several years. Prior to that, Leslie worked for the Caloric Corp. in the enamel department. He volunteered for the Bath Area Food Bank and was a member of the National Rifle Assoc. Leslie was a member of Emmanuel's Lutheran Church in Bath.

Survivors : daughters; Sallie A. Eschbach and son in law, Richard A. Williams of Allentown and Valerie M. Karr of Mohnton, brother, William C. of Hamburg, sister, Tammy L. of Kutztown, grandchildren, Jessica M. Kawski of Mohnton and Jeffrey A. Heller of Oley, great grandchildren, Joseph, Hailey, and Cameron, former wife, Kathleen, 1 niece and 1 nephew. He was predeceased by a brother, John.

Services: 11 AM on Saturday, October 11 at Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., 1018 Church St., Fogelsville, with the Rev. Barry L. Mitchell officiating. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM.
