Linda M. George, 55 years, of Macungie, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the companion of Keith Jones. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Thomas. G. Wetzel and the late Carol G. (Zoch) Hoppes.

She worked for Cedarbrook Nursing home for 20 years as a Nurse's Aide. Linda bartended at the Alburtis Fire Co. Social Club for many years. She was a member of the Alburtis Fire Co., where she was like a mother and grandmother to the firefighters. Linda was also a member of the Alburtis Rod and Gun Club.

Survivors: Companion, Keith Jones, daughter, Hilary Butz, husband Michael and son Robert George, wife Kimberly all of Alburtis; sister, Kathy Brown, husband David of Mechanicsburg; brother, Thomas Wetzel, companion Laura Moyer, of Macungie; step-father, Jack Hoppes of Fogelsville, step-siblings, Valerie Sosa, husband Angel and Jennifer Hoppes, all of Allentown, Shawn Hoppes, wife Pamela and Lonnie Hoppes, all of Macungie; grandchildren, Macen, Kaylee, and Jaxon, nieces and nephews.

Services: 11:00 AM, Monday December 17 at Keller Funeral Homes, 1018 Church St., Fogelsville. A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 16 from 3:00 to 4:30 PM at the funeral home. Private interment.
