Margaret (Harvey) Pederson, 89 years, formerly of Salisbury Twp., passed away peacefully Friday, December 26, 2014 at Luther Crest Health Center in South Whitehall Twp. She was the widow of Frederick E. Pederson. Born in Buffalo, NY she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Eda (Scheltz) Harvey.

She attended Syracuse University and worked for Buffalo's largest advertising agency until marrying. After the family moved to Allentown in 1965 she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Margaret volunteered for many years at Lehigh Valley Meals on Wheels, was a Patron of the Allentown Art Museum, and a member of the Allentown Women's Club and Hope United Church of Christ in Salisbury. She enjoyed tennis, and was an avid bridge player and world traveler.

Survivors: Son, Mark H. and wife Jane A. of Fogelsville, grandson, Christian, and a niece and nephew. She was predeceased by a son.

Services: Memorial Service, 1:00 P.M., Friday, January 30, at Luther Crest, 800 Hausman Rd., Allentown in Crest Hall with the Rev. Diane Karahe officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:00 P.M.
