Olive A. Wood, 92 years, of Germansville, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023, at home.  She was the widow of John Weremedic.  Born in Frackville, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Beulah (Ruberight) Wood. She worked at AT&T as an operator for 7 years.  Prior to that Olive was a self-employed beautician and was a sales rep for the former Harvey Cresswill.  She was also a technician for the Wella Corp, involved with beautician supplies. Olive loved doing arts, crafts and framing pictures.  She was a member of Jordan Lutheran Church in Orefield.

Survivors: Son, John P. Weremedic of Germansville, grandson, Matthew D Weremedic. Services: 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 26 at Jordan Lutheran Church, 5103 Snowdrift Rd, Orefield.
