Ray H. Ziegler, 94 years, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at the Phoebe Home in Allentown.  He was the widower of Leah K. (Rupp) Ziegler. Born in Fogelsville, he was the son of the late Homer and Mammie (Fritzinger) Ziegler.

He received an Associate's degree from Penn State University and worked for the former Lehigh Portland Cement company as a coordinator for inventory control until 1995.  Ray was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Fogelsville and served on the Consistory, as Secretary and Treasurer. He also served on the Fogelsville Cemetery Board for 44 years as Secretary. He was a member of the Fogelsville Fire Co, serving as the financial secretary and was on the Fire Team for many years. Ray honorably served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.

Survivors: Brother-in-law, Fred Rupp, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Anna.

Services: 11 AM, Thursday, August 8 at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St,. Fogelsville.  Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM. Interment, Fogelsville Union Cemetery. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com .
