Richard J. Millan

Richard J. Millan, 83, of Allentown passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. Richard was born in Allentown and was the son of the late James Millan and Pearl (Daughtry) Millan. Richard had two brothers, James and John, and a sister Joyce, all of whom have passed.

Richard was a proud Marine. He was a machine operator at Tarkett Commercial and then became a computer technician at Community Services for Children, his favorite job. Richard was an active member of the Alcoholics Anonymous for over forty years.

He is survived by sons, Shawn Millan and Gavin Millan, and daughter, Shane Millan. Richard had one granddaughter, Diem who he adored. He is also survived by nieces Loran and Susan, two great nephews and two great nieces.
