Robert W. Sell, 91 years, of Allentown, passed away on Friday, January 27, at home. He was the husband of the late Miriam E. (Riegel) Sell. Born in Guthsville, he was a son of the late Charles F. F. and Katie M. (Kressley) Sell.

For 50 years, he worked for the former Schantz's Orchards, where he had numerous jobs, including equipment operator, before retiring in 1990. He was a former Assistant Scout Master of Boy Scout Troop #72 and was a manager of the Little League at Parkland Youth Center. Robert was a 32nd degree Mason of Lehigh Consistory, Lehigh Lodge #326 F.&A.M., the Siegfried Chapter, and Allen Commandry #20, all for 60 years. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Trexlertown, where he served on Church Council for 8 years. Bob also volunteered at the Allentown Food Bank. He was a loving caregiver for his wife Miriam for many years.

Survivors: Son, Glenn R. and wife Gail of Allentown; Daughter-in-law Sandra Sell of Hellertown; 4 Grandchildren; 9 Great-grandchildren; Sisters-in-law Mildred and Sharon Sell. He was predeceased by a son Robert and 4 brothers, Charles Wetzel, Frederick, LeRoy and Sterling Sell.

Services: 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 31, at St. Paul's U.C.C., 1249 Trexlertown Rd., Trexlertown with the Rev. Al Bastin and The Rev. Michael Iskl officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the Church. Interment, Church cemetery.
