Roma F. E. Haas, 94 years, formerly of the Fullerton section of Whitehall, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Legend of Allentown, Macungie with her sister Sarae at her side. Born in Egypt, Whitehall Township, she was a daughter of the late Theodore F. and Florence (Crouthamel) Eberhardt.

Roma, beloved wife of the late Robert P. Haas, assisted in running their business, the Robert P. Hass Funeral Home in Fullerton for more than 50 years.  Previously she had worked as a secretary for the Giant Portland Cement Company.  She was a past President of the Municipal Opera Co. Assoc.as well as their Youth Theatre, where she danced in their productions.   Roma was a charter member and past President of the Whitehall Exchangettes and past President of the Lehigh Valley Music Theatre.  For many years she served on the Board for the Whitehall Woman's Club.  Roma was also an Honorary member of the Fullerton Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.  She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Fullerton in Whitehall, where she was a deaconess and the choir mother for the Cherub choir.

Survivors: Sister, Sarae Quinn and husband Joseph of Macungie.  She was predeceased by sisters, Adeline Kohler and her husband Paul, Eleanor Stahley and her husband Kenneth, Loretta Kupsky and her husband William and brothers, Ferdinand and his wife Olga, Theodore and his wife Emma, a niece, Tammy Grim, and a nephew, Errol Eberhardt.
