Ruth M. Kressley, 68 years, of Germansville, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Inpatient Hospice Unit. She was the wife of Gerald M. Kressley for 46 years last May. Born in Kutztown, she was a daughter of the late Harvey and Beatrice (Kamp) Miller.

She worked as a cook for the former Zimmerman's Country Homestead, now Cornerstone Living, in New Tripoli for 20 years. Prior to that Ruth worked for the former Saucony Shoe factory for 16 years. She was a member of Weisenberg Lutheran Church, in New Tripoli. Ruth was in charge of the Memorial Fund of the Church for many years and also served as a Deacon.

Survivors: Son, Carl G. and wife Hayley of Fleetwood, brothers; Harvey Miller and wife Bernice of Virginville, Russell Miller and wife Doris of Kempton, Dallas Miller and wife Judy of West Lawn, Dennis Miller and wife Nancy of Kutztown, sisters; Esther Kerr of Virginville, Sandra Leibensberger of Kempton, grandchildren Caitlyn and Abigail, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Fay Miller.

Services: Memorial Service, 11 A.M. Friday, October 18, at Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., 1018 Church St., Fogelsville, with the Rev. Raymond J. Hand officiating. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Interment to follow at Weisenberg Lutheran Church Cemetery.
