Ruth A. Roth ("Toot"), 67 years, of Harbor Creek, PA, formerly of New Tripoli, passed away Friday, August 15, 2014 at Select Specialty Hospital in Erie. She was the wife of Dale H. Roth for 30 years last December. Born in Edgerton, WI, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Inga (Listol) Larson.

She was a graduate of Edgerton High School (1965). While in school she was active with Crimson yearbook staff, cheerleading, homecoming court and the art club.She was an Inventory Control Manager for the Dana Corp. in Fogelsville. Ruth was a strong supporter of Lehigh Carbon Community College in Schnecksville, she and her husband received the Collegiate Award of Distinction from the college. She was an Election Day volunteer and a supporter of Erie Home for Children and Adults. She was of the Lutheran Faith. Ruth enjoyed traveling with her husband. The family cruises with the children and grandchildren were filled with special memories. Ruth loved nature and feeding animals of all kinds especially birds, turtles and squirrels. She was an avid reader.

Survivors: Husband, step-daughters; Kim Roth of Allentown, Faith and husband Russell Brown of Waynesboro, and Marci and husband Scott Reinert of New Tripoli, brother, Louis Larson of Edgerton, WI, sister, Mary and husband Robert Speers of Indianapolis, IN, grandchildren, Sarah Brown, Derrick and Cody Reinert.

Services: Memorial Service 12:00 PM, Monday, August 25, at New Life Evangelical Lutheran Church, 6804 Weiss Rd., New Tripoli, with the Rev. Scott W. Lingenfelter officiating. No calling hours. Following the service there will be a luncheon at which time the family will receive friends. Private interment. Arrangements by Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., Fogelsville.
