Obituary

Millie Christman born in Jefferson Twp, Berks County, died Christmas Day 2020 surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late John E. Fox. She was married on December 6, 1958 to David K. Christman. They resided in Weisenberg Twp for 51 years where they raised their six daughters. Together they were the owner/operators of David K. Christman Trash Removal and Christman Septic Service from 1970 to 1984. She loved to garden, crochet and speak PA German.  Millie was politically conservative, had a great love for America and all for which it stands.  She also loved to travel with her family and has been to all 50 states as well as Russia, Brazil, Peru, Canada, Germany and many other European countries.

Services: A Viewing will take place on Monday, December 28, from 3:30 – 5 pm at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St, Fogelsville. State guidelines will be followed limiting the number of people allowed inside the building.  Face masks will be required.  A virtual invitation-only service will be held in her home.  Details to view the service will be posted on Millie's Facebook page on Monday: https://www.facebook.com/millie.christman . Survivors: Daughters: Cheryl Shuja (Nadir), of Steelton; Jacqueline McGuire (Ed) of St. Clair; Elizabeth Christman (Alex Wright) of Philadelphia; Katrina Cartwright) (Jim) of New Springfield, OH; Sharon Hodges (Patrick) of Winter Haven, FL; Carole Reden (Russell) of Yorktown, VA; Grandchildren: Amy and Brock Cartwright, David, Kyle, Allison, Tanner, Brett and Luke Hodges, Alexandria, Isabella, Russell III and Amelia Peden, plus Azaria & Jabril Shuja; Great-grandchildren Kylie, Chloe, Leah and Sullivan and two more to be born in 2021.  Sisters: Joan Kantner and Susan Beck.
