Teresa Daniels, 91 years of Nanticoke, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021, at Lehigh Center in Macungie.  Born July 22, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Ignatius and Julia (Carbonavage) Christian.

She was a graduate of Nanticoke High School and the University of Pennsylvania.  She began her career in New York City as a supervisor in the market research division of the Psychological Corporation.  She later returned to the Nanticoke area and was the first woman in the state hired to the post of Rehabilitation Counselor for the Bureau of Visually Handicapped.  She worked in this role for over 20 years, travelling daily to many different counties in eastern Pennsylvania.

She was an avid bridge player and an even more avid bargain shopper.  She was a member of St. Joseph's Lithuanian church in Nanticoke and later St. Thomas More in Allentown.

Surviving are her son and daughter in law Christian and Suzy Daniels of Fogelsville, along with three nieces: Patricia Pollock and Susan Norrisey both of Charlottesville VA, and Mary Ellen Hodges of Williamsburg, VA.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 24 at St. Thomas More Church, 1040 Flexor Ave, Allentown.  Visitation 10:30 - 11:00 AM.  Interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Twp. at 2:00 PM.  Arrangements by Keller Funeral Home, Fogelsville.  Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com .
