Velma G. Geiger, 90 years, of Fogelsville, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. We are confident that she is celebrating resurrection Sunday with her risen Saviour, whom she served and loved. She was the widow of Elmer C. Geiger. Born in Plainfield Twp. she was a daughter of the late Floyd and Ida (Fehr) Shook.

She was a piano teacher in the Lehigh Valley for 68 years. Velma was a member of Christ E. C. Church, Allentown. She was a Sunday school teacher, Jr. Choir director, President of the Missionary Society, and lay delegate at the former Grace E.C. Church. Velma was a neighborhood Bible club teacher for many years at her home.

Survivors: sons, Lyle and wife Margaret of Macungie, Kurt and wife Michele of Danielsville, and Chris and wife Fiona with whom she resided; daughter, Donna Lee wife of James Gockley of Emmaus, 24 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services: 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 5 at Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., 1018 Church Street, Fogelsville with the Rev. Robert Daneker, Jr. officiating. Visitation, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
